Digital-download refund policy
You may request cancellation and a refund within 30 days of purchase only if no digital file from that purchase has been downloaded. Once any file has been downloaded, we do not offer a voluntary refund. Applicable law and Fourthwall’s buyer remedies still apply. For download problems or incorrect or corrupted files, contact support@aiinteldesk.com with your order number.
How do I request an eligible cancellation?
Use the order-management link in your confirmation email or contact support@aiinteldesk.com with your order number before downloading. Eligibility is subject to the 30-day window and Fourthwall’s applicable policies.
What will I receive?
The Ultimate AI Marketing & Business Growth System is one digital ZIP with 12 resources. Each resource comes as a PDF and an editable Word document, for 24 documents total, plus a Read First navigation file. The package contains 150 Core AI Operating System prompts, 50 Business Accelerator prompts, and one Chief of Staff bonus prompt. The 25 Quick-Start Prompt Cards repeat selected Core prompts; they are not 25 additional distinct prompts. No physical product is shipped.
How do I access my files?
Download access is emailed after purchase. Open the ZIP and begin with its Read First file, then use the included guide and workbooks or documents. If the message is missing, check spam and confirm the email address used at checkout, then contact support@aiinteldesk.com with your order number.
Is an AI subscription included?
No. This is a digital educational resource, not an AI account, software subscription, implementation service, or guarantee of results.
Payments and order handling
Available payment methods and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Fourthwall is the merchant of record and handles order processing. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
